1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using AI Trading Copilot ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Nature of the service

AI Trading Copilot is a market research and analytics tool. It provides computed scores, charts, news aggregation and a simulated ("paper") trading environment for Indian equities listed on the NSE and BSE. The Platform does not execute real trades, does not hold client funds or securities, and is not a stockbroker.

3. Not investment advice

AI Trading Copilot is not a SEBI-registered investment advisor, research analyst, or portfolio manager. Nothing on the Platform — including opportunity scores, briefings, scenario narratives, or any other content — constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. 4. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Paper trading

The paper trading feature uses simulated capital and live or delayed market prices to approximate real trading conditions. Simulated results do not guarantee, and may not reflect, the performance of real trades, which are affected by factors including slippage, liquidity, order execution and emotional discipline that a simulation cannot fully capture.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by attempting to circumvent access controls, scraping data at scale, reverse-engineering the scoring methodology for redistribution, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Trading Copilot and its operators are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or other damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Platform or its content.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
